Mindful yoga is for those interested in a mental, physical and emotional exploration of the practice. By moving slowly and mindfully, you can exercise your self-knowledge and learn more about your practices on and off the mat. These breathing techniques, stretches and postures can easily be repeated as a yoga practice at home. Brief meditation styles will close our practice.
